We are committed to protecting your financial and personal information and as such want you to understand how we use the information you provide us and the information we collect during the usual course of business. We collect only the customer information necessary to consistently provide competitive, high-quality products and services. While such information may vary, depending on the product or service, it may include:

• information that you provide us with on your loan application and /or deposit applications and forms;
• information we receive from consumer reporting agencies in order to grant your loan or open your checking account; and,
• information about your transactions with us, or our affiliate, Great Midwest Financial Services, Inc.

Be assured that Great Midwest Bank does not disclose any personal information about you to non-affiliate third-parties, unless authorirzed by law. By this we are referring to disclosure of the above information to governmental authorities, companies that perform services or functions on our behalf, such as auditors who audit our Bank records, or third parties that you request or authorize. We may also share the personal information described above with other financial service providers to jointly offer certain products which we endorse or sponsor. Companies with which we share customer information are required to maintain the confidentiality of that information. We continually strive to maintain complete and accurate information about you and your accounts. Should you believe that your records contain inaccurate or incomplete information about you, please notify us and we will investigate your concerns and correct any inaccuracies as soon as possible. If you decide to close your account(s) or become an inactive customer, we will adhere to the privacy practices as described in this notice as if you were still our customer. At Great Midwest Bank, employee access to customer information is limited to those situations where there is an appropriate business reason to know such information and may not be shared with others. We maintain and grant access to customer information by employees in accordance with strict internal security safeguards and procedures that comply with industry and federal standards.
