Are you building a new home? If so, our one closing construction loan may be just what you need.

Construction Loans rates may be locked for 1 year, 3 year, or 5 year initial rate locks in our Variable Rate Loans program with 95% financing available. There is a repayment term of 29 years, with interest only payments on the funds disbursed during construction.

Loans may be converted to a Fixed Rate anytime after the completion of the home, up to the 5 th anniversary date for a low $250 fee.

Loans over $417,000 are considered Jumbo and the interest rate would be ¼% higher than our stated rates and the conversion option would not be available.
